Cancellation
Tell us as early as you can by emailing Anji. Cancelling before you meet us and pay the first 50% costs you nothing with Mongolia Adventure Club.
Once the trip has started, the first 50% is non-refundable because the vehicle, fuel, guide, driver and route costs are already committed. If you leave early, any reduction to the remaining balance will reflect costs we can genuinely avoid. Flights, hotels, insurance and other arrangements made with third parties remain subject to their own terms.
Sometimes a trip cannot safely run because of weather, road conditions, illness, a vehicle problem, government restrictions, or another event outside reasonable control. If we cancel before departure, you owe us nothing and we will offer another date where possible. We are not responsible for flights, hotels or other third-party costs, so suitable travel insurance is essential.
Once we are on the road, weather, breakdowns or events outside our control may force us to change or shorten the route. We will prioritise your safety and preserve the main experiences wherever possible. If we end the trip because of something within our reasonable control, we will refund the fair value of services we did not provide. For circumstances outside our control, any adjustment will reflect costs we can actually recover or avoid.
You must travel with insurance that covers remote travel, medical evacuation, and trip cancellation. It is the right tool for the risks this policy can't cover, and it protects the money you spend outside the Club.
