What we do with your details

What we collect

• Booking details — your name, email, phone, nationality, chosen route and dates, and anything you tell us in the notes field.
• Email — the messages you and Anji exchange while planning your trip.
• Basic technical information — such as your IP address and error logs, when needed to keep the website secure and working.

Why we collect it

We use these details to answer your request, prepare a quote, plan and run your trip safely, reach you before and during travel, arrange permits and lodging, prevent abuse, and keep records required for our business and legal obligations. We take no payment online, so we do not handle card details.

Who we share it with

• The families and camps on your route, only what they need — usually a head count and any dietary or medical needs.
• Authorities, where a permit or the law requires it.
• Service providers that host this website, deliver email, store our records, or help us identify technical errors. They may process information only to provide those services to us.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or hand it to advertisers.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as reasonably needed to answer them. If you travel with us, we retain the records needed to run the trip and meet accounting, safety and legal obligations. We then delete or anonymise information that is no longer needed.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising or behavioural analytics trackers. It may use essential session and security cookies needed for form protection, human verification and reliable operation.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or object to how we use them. Some records may need to be retained where the law requires it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond as soon as reasonably possible.
